Is Rune Guard available today?
Guard is in early access on macOS, Linux and Windows. On macOS the sensor observes and reports. Windows doesn’t report bytes sent yet.
Is Rune Box free?
Yes. Rune Box is open source under the Apache-2.0 licence. Install it with Homebrew, pip or npm.
Does Guard read my files or prompts?
Findings carry hashed paths, never document text. An organization can opt in to reading document labels and to retaining redacted session content. The privacy statement lists each collector and upload.
Does Runeward Labs replace our EDR?
No. Guard focuses on AI agents: their processes, tools, permissions and data handling. It does not do malware, memory or ransomware detection.
What does it cost?
Community is free: Rune Guard on your own laptop, plus Rune Box. Startup is $29.99 per user per month, without self-hosting. Contact us for Enterprise, which includes everything and a self-host option.
