Signed release installer

For macOS and Linux. It needs curl or wget, tar, a SHA-256 utility and cosign. It fails closed: it verifies the signed checksum manifest before the archive checksum and install.

Windows CLI archives are on GitHub Releases. The in-sandbox helpers are Linux binaries because they run inside Docker or Kubernetes.

From source

Needs Rust 1.95 or newer. Use this for unreleased changes on main.

cargo build --release --locked -p runeward-cli --bin runeward
./target/release/runeward version

The Linux-only helpers build the same way with -p runeward-egress, -p runeward-supervisor and -p runeward-browser.
